Refinishers has a very talented staff of craftsmen that bring to life your unique furniture designs for your home or office. Our design expert will come to your location at your request to help with design & planning ideas as part of your design package.
Wood Finishing Techniques
Refinishers features a large fully equipped workshop with a clean environment where our craftsmen prepare the quality finish you desire. Our most popular finishes are pre-cat. Lacquers, and Danish & Tung Oils. Our color experts color mix to match tone, sheen, and texture to the shade that you prefer, and we offer a color chart so that you can choose the exact color you want. Other techniques we have mastered include Faux, White-washed pastels, and Southwestern shadings.
Wood & Furniture Stripping
Refinishers has designed a unique "Recycle Strip System" that quickly removes old finish with a flow brush, avoiding wood saturation and the high cost of hand strip methods. We have conquered the stripping step using the least possible amount of chemicals so that we won't loosen joints or lift veneers. For the "Craftsey" customer, we offer our "Strip Only" service as well.
Wood Furniture & Antique Repair
Refinishers skilled workmen will re-glue, recreate missing pieces, repair shattered legs your your furniture & antiques to look "like new", and cause scratches and dents to virtually disappear using effective techniques that will surprise you!
